Try saying this to your inner child

Your inner child is always present, whether you're aware of it or not. They are always looking for the love, support, and protection they didn't receive. Here are some things your inner child may need to hear from you:

  • “You are not responsible for making sure that everyone around you is okay.”

  • “You are worthy of protection and support.”

  • “Your feelings are valid — even if you were told that they aren’t.”

  • “You are not bad, my love. You are human, just like the rest of us.”

  • “I love you, and I am so proud of you.”

It may take time to reconnect with your inner child, so please be patient with yourself. Be gentle and know that these affirmations are planting seeds for deeper self-connection and trust.
