The benefits of breathwork are endless. It’s one of our body’s greatest healing modalities. And it’s available to us at all times! It is an excellent way to calm the nervous system, release stored trauma, help with sleep, and promote energy and vitality. It is an extraordinary complement to therapy, meditation, and mindfulness practices. It is so important to integrate the body within healing any psychotherapy practice -- and breathwork is an incredible addition. 

Here are four reasons to try breathwork:
